Steps to Apply for Railway RRB Group D Recruitment 2025
Candidates have to submit their online applications for RRB Group D Recruitment 2025 by following the below-mentioned steps.
- Visit the official website at http://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/.
- Click on the ‘New Registration’ link.
- Register for the exam and submit the required details like name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, Aadhaar number, SSLC/matric registration number, year of passing, mobile number, and email ID, and then submit the registration form.
- Upon registration, candidates need to verify their email ID and mobile number through OTP.
- Log in on the home page using the registration number and password.
- In Part I of the application page, candidates had to provide the details of educational qualifications, community, gender, religion, ex-servicemen, CCAA, minority, economically backward class age relaxation, and other details.
- In Part II of the application page, candidates had to indicate his/her priority/preference for the posts.
- On completion of application details, candidates were redirected to the payment page using online net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI and offline challan.
- Candidates were required to choose the exam language.

RRB Group D 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for RRB Group D will be calculated in terms of nationality, educational qualification, and age limit. Only those candidates will be selected for the RRB Group D recruitment process who fulfill the RRB Group D eligibility criteria as mentioned below.
Nationality
A candidate must be either:
a. a citizen of India, or
b. a citizen of Nepal, or
c. a subject of Bhutan, or
d. a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
e. a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India.
f. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d), and (e) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Education Qualification (as on 22/02/2025)
- Candidates with a 10th pass or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT are eligible to apply for the RRB Group D Recruitment Exam.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprentices/ITI for the post of Level-1 unless otherwise specified.
- Those awaiting the results of their final examination of the prescribed minimum educational/technical qualification are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have completed the Course Complete Act Apprentices from any trade.

Railway RRB Group D 2025 Selection Process
The selection process for various Group D posts will include the following stages:

RRB Group D 2025 Level 1 Exam Pattern
There is a possibility that the Railway Administration will choose to carry out the CBT in either a single-stage or multi-stage format. Candidates who are successful in the computer-based test (CBT) will be required to take a Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Immediately after that, there will be a verification of the documents and a medical examination. There will be a negative marking equal to one-third of the total marks for each response that is incorrect.
The minimum percentage of marks required for shortlisting for UR is forty percent, sixty percent for EWS, and thirty percent for OBC (non-creamy layer)/SC/ST.

RRB Group D Salary Structure
Eighteen thousand rupees will be the starting wage for those who get selected through the RRB Group D Recruitment. The candidates who are chosen will receive additional allowances in addition to their base salary. These allowances include Dearness Allowance (DA), Daily Allowance, Transport Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Allowance for Night Duty, Medical Facilities, Overtime Allowance, and other allowances. RRB Group D Recruitment 2025 Admit Card

RRB Group D 2025 Answer Key
